(88) Beware what the media hype says

Today, the ad world is on a boom. They market so many products, which comes in nice packages. But never go by outward appearances. It is always sensible to check the product within. Instant foods must be out of your food list. They have certain preservatives in them, which again may prove harmful to you and create uncalled for problems.


(89)  Tea can be good

Do you know that having a cup of tea or coffee that has cream and at least two cubes of sugar is as bad as having a big piece of rich chocolate cake? So better avoid it. Try to stick to black tea/coffee. Black Tea can actually be good for you.


(90) Fried is a big no, no.

Stay away from fried things. Fried things are an absolute no-no. The more fried things that you avoid, the lesser weight you will gain. Fried things are called so because they are fried in oil or fat. And even if the external oil is drained away, there is still a lot of hidden oil in it, so stay away from it. Use less oil or butter in your food. There is a minimal need for these lubricants in our body.
