(85) Just say NO

Chocolates, ice creams, sweets and other such food items can be avoided. Learn to say ‘NO’ to carbohydrate-rich foodstuff. They tend to affect the basal metabolism and are responsible for adding weight to the body.

(86) Drink water!

Tea, coffee and such caffeine-rich drinks are to be avoided as much as possible. Caffeine creates an alcoholic effect and also leads to blood pressure problems.

(87)  Plain water!

Aerated drinks are extremely harmful if you are on a diet. The carbonated drink may seem very tangy and tingle the taste buds but they do more harm than one can think. They are supposed to harm your teeth too, if taken for a long period of time.
