You can
substitute an orange with an apple, fig, sweet lime, peach,
banana or 14 to 15 grapes. Thirty grams (one oz.) of rice can
be substituted with the same quantity of wheat flour, millet,
puffed rice or rice flakes.

Breads can actually cause problems in
digestion. If you are on a diet, it is advisable to eat brown
bread or whole wheat bread. Bread made out of fine wheat flour
may prove to go against your diet. It is an adder to your
weight, causing other difficulties
too.
