person tends to get hungry after every hour. But this has to be
controlled somehow. So if you get hungry, try and chew on basil
leaves. Raw vegetables like carrot and beetroot are safe bet at
such times. Besides, they enhance your eyesight.
Do not starve at all. Please do
not go by those fancy ads. Starving only causes ailments and
weakness. It has never helped in reducing weight. It even slows
attention to what you eat is important.
Another important thing, which
you should keep in mind when you are on a diet, is to avoid
eating with your friends and others. When you have food
together, you tend to sit and chat. You may not be aware of the
quantity of food that you consume. So to be on the safer side,
it is better to have your food alone and make sure that you are
not taking in more. Having tea or a coffee with friend will
save unwittingly eating more then you
