(57) Your ready source for energy

Fifty to Fifty five percent of your diet should be carbohydrates. It is a myth that you should try and avoid carbohydrates when you are on a diet. Rather the other way round I should say. Carbohydrates are a ready source of energy and so 50 to 55% of your diet should be carbohydrates. Learn to eat healthy and the weight will stay off. Fad diets do not work in the long haul.

(58) Fats in small amounts are important

Fats should only be 15 to 20 %. You need only this much of fat in your diet so keep it at that.

(59) Fats Try different things

A cup of bitter gourd juice daily with a few drops of lemon juice clears the toxins from the body. Such bitter juices throw out the poison from the system and act as natural purifiers even for the skin. This is just one-way to help stay on top!
