When nobody is watching, try doing pelvic gyrations. If you take a moment to observe it, you will see that it is the mid section of our body that gets the least bit of exercise and that is probably why the signs of weight gain are mostly seen there.

(49) Proteins

The consumption of pulses, which are rich in proteins, is a good thing for those on a diet. The body for wear and tear of tissues, to produce hormones and enzymes and to give energy to the body, needs proteins. Metabolism also takes place correctly if the protein content in the body is adequate.

(50) Carbohydrates

The body daily needs some carbohydrate. Carbohydrates are the fuel for the body to produce heat and energy. But excess eating of these foods, since they are easily available, may prove harmful. So we need to be sure of the amount of carbohydrates like sugar and starch, we are consuming.
