(45) Do it with more movement!

The remote control is a marvelous invention. But it has given birth to many lazy people. Stop using this gadget if you are on a weight loss plan. It is always good to move about in your drawing room while watching television. Walk
up to the television to switch channels, also to the switchboard to put on or off the lights, fan ac etc.

(46) You are what you eat!

Do not be a couch potato. It is the easiest thing in the world to become a couch potato. You know what we are talking about, don’t you? That shapeless thing that sits or reclines on a shapeless chair in front of the television and stupidly munches away at something fried!

(47) Just do them!

Do things, like fetching, turning things off and on, by yourself. Often, when we come back tired from work, we tend to get others to do simple chores for us. These things are no big deal. They are things that we can very well do for our selves, but we don’t.
