Housewives can take their routine house cleaning activities as a good exercise on a daily basis. Working women must find time to do the same or substitute the same with some other work out plan.

(44) Do it the old way!

Electronic goods are a boon to man? Do you agree totally? Well, I don’t think so. Vacuum cleaners for example, keep you from doing the chore of sweeping and mopping too. You could lose a few calories had it been the reverse!
