Find a friend to walk with!
Walking is another good exercise. People walk for miles together. But you need not worry about that, you can begin with a few minutes of brisk walking at least 4 times in a day.

As you progress with your diet you can add slow jogging to your exercise plan. But be sure to check with the doctor before venturing into any such thing.

An idle mind is a devil’s workshop! So never let your mind be free from thoughts and work. Utilize your time to the maximum in productive activities. This will help you to keep away from food thoughts.
