(36) Exercise burns calories

Be sure to burn out those extra calories by the end of the week. If you feel that you have consumed more calories than you should have during the week, it happens you know, and then make sure that you work off those extra calories by the end of the week.

(37) Not just dieting……

Light exercises are a must. A diet alone will not help. Adopt a plan where you can do workouts at least twice a day. Various exercises have proved fruitful in various ways. So go for it. A workout at the gym is a good way to burn those extra calories.

(38) Try a good swim!

Swimming gives exercise to all the limbs. It is considered to be one of the best remedies for weight loss. Adopt the habit of going for a swim at least four times in a week.
